Goldhill Avenue

Completed over two decades ago as our first residential project, this pair of semi-detached houses occupies a challenging triangular site, which inspired a distinctive spatial arrangement shaped by the plot’s angular geometry.

The design features generous double-volume spaces, illuminated glass bridges, and a sunken basement, creating a rich sequence of interconnected volumes throughout the home. Careful planning maximises natural daylight, resulting in bright and uplifting living spaces that remain timeless in character.

As an early residential work, the project reflects a thoughtful response to site constraints, transforming an irregular plot into a dynamic and enduring architectural composition.
