Langsat Road

Designed as an urban oasis at the junction of a residential street, this pair of semi-detached houses wraps its circulation around a central open airwell and courtyard, bringing light, ventilation, and organic movement deep into the home.

An alternating split-level arrangement creates a dynamic spatial experience, culminating in a grand double-volume living space at the heart of the residence. At the uppermost level, an open roof terrace and integrated planters provide valuable outdoor living areas and greenery.

Despite its compact urban setting, the design enhances the connection between the home and nature, creating a bright, layered, and tranquil residential environment.
